Looking for a fantastic deal on a new or refurbished iPhone? In this article we round up the very best iPhone deals, discounts, contracts and bundles available in February 2020, to save you the trouble of hunting them down yourself.
We’ll help you find a discounted iPhone suitable for any budget, and cover all six of the currently available models, from the mighty 11 Pro Max down to the (relatively) humble iPhone 8 – and even a few tasty deals on discontinued handsets such as the XS. We’re seeing some terrific discounts.
For each phone we offer separate advice for SIM-free and contract deals. Contracts cost less upfront but the total cost of ownership (TCO) will probably end up higher, so think about what’s best for your budget.

Best iPhone 8 Plus deals

What to look for in an iPhone deal
Right now there are some very competitive contract offers and bundle deals as retailers try to win your custom.
However, when considering a contract deal it’s very important that you work out the total cost of ownership (TCO) over the course of the contract – lower monthly costs may be offset by a longer contract so that you end up spending more in the long run. If using Carphone Warehouse’s comparison widget, tick the box to display the TCO, and always check for upfront costs and any additional fees.
If you’re not looking for the latest model, you’ll be pleased to hear that there are plenty of bargains around for older models such as the iPhone XR and iPhone 8, both on contract and SIM-free.

Best iPhone deals overall
Below (and in the carousel at the top of the article) we’ve gathered our pick of the best overall deals you can get right now on any iPhone model – including those that have been officially discontinued by Apple.
1. Apple iPhone 11 with 60GB data
Now: £99 upfront, £39 per month View Deal
Pick up the latest iPhone from Carphone Warehouse and get 60GB data from O2 in this online-only deal.
2. Apple iPhone XS with 100GB data
Three’s excellent deal has dropped even lower. The monthly cost beats the competition, there’s no upfront fee, and you get masses of data. Superb.
3. Apple iPhone XS (SIM-free)
From: John Lewis Was: £999 Now: £629 (£370 off) View Deal
A fantastic deal. The XS remains an excellent phone, despite having been effectively replaced by the iPhone 11 Pro.
4. Apple iPhone XS Max (SIM-free)
From: Amazon Was: £1,099 Now: £939 (£160 off) View Deal
An excellent deal on the silver version of the XS Max, and the cheapest we’ve seen it. (On 14 November Amazon was asking £1,049.)
5. Apple iPhone 11 Pro (64GB) with 100GB data
Now: £62 per month (plus £240 cashback) View Deal
Pick up the new iPhone 11 Pro on contract with Three with a huge amount of data. There’s no upfront fee, and once you factor in the cashback offer it works out at an effective £52 a month – nice.
6. Apple iPhone XR with 16GB data
Now: £150 upfront, £28 per month View Deal
A solid deal on the XR with a moderate allocation of data. Scroll down to see more contracts.
If you can manage with less data, consider ID’s 1GB and 2GB contracts, which can get total cost of ownership as low as £793.75.
7. Apple iPhone 8 with 30GB data
This is an excellent iPhone 8 deal. Alternatively, click on EE’s logo and pay £31 per month (plus £24 cashback), which is essentially the same thing.
8. Apple iPhone XS Max with unlimited data
Now: £79.99 upfront, £64 per month View Deal
Vodafone’s unlimited-data XS Max deal is a great option, having undercut EE’s similar offering by £20 on the upfront cost.
9. Apple iPhone 7 (SIM-free, 128GB)
Now: £429 (£120 off) View Deal
This is a decent saving (although the price has gone up by a tenner since 14 November, and may drop again); read our iPhone 7 review for advice on whether this 2016 handset is right for you.
We recommend that you go for the 128GB model linked above, but if you think you can manage with 32GB that’s available for £379.
