It is neither the Galaxy Fold 2 neither the Galaxy Bloom. Samsung's next foldable clamshell smartphone is called the Galaxy Z Flip, says Tipster Ice universe.
Just a few days ago, it was announced that Samsung's new foldable phone would be called the Galaxy Bloom. Society apparently revealed information as well as other details on the phone during a closed-door meeting CES 2020. However, Galaxy Bloom seemed to be a code name more than a real marketing name for the device.
The Galaxy Z Flip seems to be a more believable name for the phone. Why? Because just like the reimagined Moto Razr, the Samsung device should fold vertically like a flip phone.
The Ice Universe tweet revealing the new name was also accompanied by a logo for the device. The leak later clarified that the logo (see below) was made by yourself. However, the name still gives us a glimpse of Samsung's brand plans for new smartphones.

Galaxy Z: a new series of devices?
This is not the first time that we have heard of a Samsung Z series phone. The company used to launch Tizen based smartphones under this name until 2017 However, the nickname for Galaxy Z is brand new, as the old series was only preceded by the brand name Samsung (Samsung Z3, Samsung Z4, you get the drift).
It is possible that the nickname Galaxy Z represents a new series of devices. It is also quite possible that it is a unique name for the foldable phone with flap. Again, the leak may also be incorrect.
In other news, Ice Universe also confirmed the Galaxy S20 name by another self-made logo. It was also apparently confirmed by Samsung at this secret CES 2020 meeting that we mentioned earlier.
Samsung to announce new flagship Galaxy products on February 11 at its Unpacked event. By then, we expect more rumors and leaks of this type to emerge.
