Best iPhone 11 Screen Protectors

Best iPhone 11 Screen Protectors

Starting at only £729 (US$699), the colourful iPhone 11 is the cheapest route into Apple’s latest range of smartphones.

The iPhone XR was Apple’s most popular smartphone in 2018 and much of 2019, and its successor has been similarly in-demand. Whether it is worth the upgrade is your choice, but whether you are coming from the iPhone XR, iPhone 8 or just want to see which is the best iPhone for you, we’ve got you covered.

However, as modern smartphones have become increasingly fragile, more and more people are turning to protection for their devices. Here, we provide some options if you want to protect the screen on your iPhone 11. If you’d prefer a protective case, check out our round-up of those instead.

Belkin Anti-Glare Screen Protection

Belkin Anti-Glare Screen Protection for iPhone 11

Available exclusively on Apple’s website, Belkin advertises maximum protection without compromising on visibility.

The clear film provides an anti-scratch coating which should still ensure the sensitivity of the touchscreen is maintained, so features such as Haptic Touch should work fine.

Although we haven’t tested it for ourselves, the EasyAlign sticker should mean application is simple. However, for an additional cost, you can have it professionally applied at an Apple Store through the Belkin ScreenCare+ Application Service.

It is available to buy now for £14.95/US$19.95.

Moshi IonGlass Privacy

Moshi IonGlass Privacy Screen Protector for iPhone 11/XR

Moshi’s Screen Protector is considered stronger than tempered glass to keep your phone in good condition. However, its main selling point is the private 50-degree viewing angle, meaning people looking from the side can’t see what’s on your phone.

In our testing we found this to be the real deal – when tilted off access the screen turns black as it would when switched off. At 6.1in, the iPhone 11 is not a small device, and this ensures privacy is maintained at all times.

You can buy the IonGlass Privacy from Amazon for £39.95.

Belkin InvisiGlass Ultra Privacy

If you like the idea of a privacy-focused screen protector but don’t want to apply it yourself, Belkin’s InvisiGlass Ultra Privacy offers the same features as the IonGlass Privacy above, along with the added benefit of having it professionally applied via the Belkin ScreenCare+ Application Service.

It’s available to buy from Apple for £39.95/$44.95.

Spigen EZ Fit GLAS.tR

Spigen EZ Fit GLAS.tR Screen Protector

Spigen’s EZ Fit range is popular for, you guessed it, how easy it is to fit on your device. It comes with an installation tray which is designed to be placed over the phone before you apply it.

While we haven’t had this exact product to test, previous models have proven that it takes a lot of the stress out of applying a screen protector.

It even comes in a pack of 2, so if you do mess up your first try you always have a back-up.

You can buy it now through Amazon for £12.99/US$11.99.

Spigen GLAS.tR Slim

Spigen GLAS.tR Slim

If you don’t need any help putting your screen protector on, there’s another option from Spigen that has caught our eye. Though it doesn’t come with additional accessories like the EZ Fit, the GLAS.tR Slim screen protector offers full-screen edge-to-edge coverage, even protecting the Face ID notch without any noticeable effects on facial recognition performance.

It’s a noticeably smoother finish than other screen protectors on the market, and despite the slim nature, it still offers the 9H hardness rating of most other tempered glass protectors mentioned here.

You can buy it now for £9.99, although it’s currently unavailable in the US.

ESR Screen Protector for iPhone 11

ESR Screen Protector for iPhone 11

ESR’s regular screen protector provides an affordable way to keep your phone in optimal condition.

Made from industry-standard tempered glass, the easy installation frame included makes it easy to align with your device.

ESR has designed it to be slightly smaller than the actual screen size, to minimise the risk of bubbles and unintended peeling. As it has been custom made, it crucially will not interfere with Face ID.

You can get it now for £5.99/US$10.99.

IRSHE Screen Protector

IRSHE Screen Protector

The 9H-rated glass of the IRSHE screen protector should be more than enough to prevent hairline scratches on the gorgeous display of the iPhone 11. There’s a black frame around the edge of the screen protector that, if applied correctly, should disappear into the bezels of the iPhone itself and not interfere with Face ID in any way.

You’ll also find self-expelling bubble tech and an oleophobic coating that negates the build-up of grubby fingerprints, providing a clean finish for your brand new iPhone.

You can get a two-pack right now for £8.04, although it’s currently unavailable in the US.
