How To Get A Discount On NBC Peacock- Tech Advisor

NBC Peacock will be launching this week – if you’re debating whether or not to sign up to the service then you should find out whether you could save some cash on an account.

Peacock is available in three tiers: Free, Premium with ads and Premium without ads. Obviously the free tier is the most cost-savvy, but the Premium tiers get you almost double the amount of content, including a wider range of exclusive originals.

Peacock Premium costs $4.99 per month (or $49.99 per year) for the ad-supported tier and $9.99 per month (or $99.99) for the ad-free tier. If you wish to shave some more money off of that, then keep on reading. We have similar guides for getting discounts on the likes of Disney Plus and HBO Max.

Pre sign-up discount

If you take advantage of pre-sign ups before 14 July, you can get $20 off of both types of annual subscriptions. This discount will give you Peacock Premium ad-supported for $29.99 per year (usually $49.99 per year), and Peacock Premium ad-free for $79.99 per year (usually $99.99 per year).

Take advantage of the early bird sign-ups by signing up to NBC Peacock here.

Get three months free with Android

If you have an Android device or Android TV, then you’ll be entitled to a three month trial of Peacock Premium from the day of launch, with the trial ending on 15 October 2020.

After that, you can choose whether you want to pay for the ad-supported or ad-free plan, or cancel your subscription altogether. Either way, you’ll still have complimentary access to lots of NBC content.

Check if its included in your cable bundle

If you’re based in the US and have an Xfinity plan from Comcast – either X1 or Flek 4K – then you can watch Peacock Premium at no extra cost, as it’s already included in your TV plan.

All you need to do to start watching is open the Peacock app on your TV, enter your email when prompted and then start watching.
