A new version of the Apple Pencil is currently in development, but exact details of the new features it will offer remain a secret.
According to a post on Twitter from tech leaker Mr·white, the third-gen Apple Pencil will be released in a black variant, which will match the black chassis on many models of iPad and iPad Pro.
Given that new iPad Pro models were released as recently as March, we’ll probably have to wait until next year before the new stylus is released. Plenty of time for rumours (and hype) to build up.
