Awards season continues with the iconic Brit Awards 2020, which airs tonight. It’s a big one this year, as the music celebration giant is celebrating its 40th anniversary.

If you’re looking to tune in, we’ve got all the details including the time, TV channel, hosts, performers, nominees and how to watch from outside of the UK.

When are the Brit Awards 2020?

The Brit Awards for 2020 will take place tonight on 18 February 2020 at 8pm GMT at The O2 in London. You’ll also be able to catch the red carpet coverage on ITV2 from 7pm, but TikTok will be on top of the action as well. Here’s all the channels where you can follow along:

Which channel are the Brit Awards 2020 on?

In the UK, the Brit Awards will be shown on ITV One, and coverage will last for around two hours. There’s no word yet on whether there will be a highlights show on the TV, but we’ll keep an eye out. 

Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear that any international channels will be airing the show. However, if you’re not in the UK and still want to tune in, there is a way. 

How to watch the Brit Awards 2020 online

The easiest way to watch the Brits online is via the official YouTube livestream, which starts from 8pm. This will be presented by Munya Chawawa and Patricia Bright, and you can tune in here

Another way to watch is via the ITV catchup service. If you’re in the UK, then watching ITV One online via various devices is pretty easy. Just use the ITV Hub.

Who is hosting the Brit Awards 2020?

Comedian Jack Whitehall will be back for a third year running – and it’s no surprise considering that viewers have dubbed him a favourite, with some hilarious jokes and one-liners. Meanwhile, the red carpet coverage will be hosted by Alice Levine and Clara Amfo.

As well as the awards, the Brits have live performances from various artists. Billie Eilish is the most anticipated star, as she’ll be performing the new Bond song, No Time To Die.
